We hope your purchase is everything you want it to be, however if for some reason it’s not- we’re happy to provide you with a refund or store credit on unworn, full price items- provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be as new in original condition with tags attached or will not be accepted. Return shipping is buyers expense and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note sale items and jewellery are final sale- no returns will be permitted.

If you believe an item to be faulty, please email us at torsashop@gmail.com with clear photos, a description of what you believe to be the fault and how you’ve washed/treated the garment in question.
We will then send you instructions on how to return the item so that we can assess it.
Refunds will only be granted upon ascertaining that all care instructions have been followed and the item is indeed faulty.
